Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups cornflakes crushed

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

  • In another bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, mixing until well blended.

  • Scoop the dough using a tablespoon and form into balls.
  • Roll each ball in crushed cornflakes before placing on a baking sheet.
