Decadent Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake Recipe

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 4 oz dark chocolate chopped
- 4 oz milk chocolate chopped
- 4 oz white chocolate chopped
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream divided
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp gelatin powder
- 1/4 cup water
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the cake pan.
Whisk together the dry ingredients.
Combine melted butter and wet ingredients.
Combine wet and dry ingredients.
Bake the sponge cake.
Prepare the mousse layers.
Melt the dark chocolate.
Incorporate gelatin into dark chocolate.
