Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked onion and garlic with the ground turkey, bread crumbs, cranberries, thyme, sage, beaten egg, salt, and pepper.
Using your hands, form the mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball.
Place the stuffing balls on a greased baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the balls are cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
