Ingredients

  • 2 large apples peeled and cored
  • 1 package of refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare your apples: Peel, core, and slice them into quarters.
  • Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into squares large enough to wrap around the apple segments.
  • Wrap each apple segment in the pie crust squares, sealing the edges well.
