Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Once cooled, you can frost with your favorite vegan cream cheese frosting or enjoy plain.
