Ingredients

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips optional
  • 1/2 cup crushed strawberries optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs and stir until fully blended.
  • If using, fold in the white chocolate chips and crushed strawberries until evenly distributed.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
