  • Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  • Cut the rolled pastry into squares.
  • Prepare the filling by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest in a bowl.
  • Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each pastry square.
  • Top the filling with sliced strawberries.
  • Fold the corners of each pastry toward the center and pinch to seal.
