Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain, toss with olive oil, and let cool.
In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
To make “eyeballs,” place a mozzarella ball in the salad and top with a black olive slice (press lightly so it sticks).
Toss the salad with Italian dressing and Italian seasoning until well coated. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh basil if desired, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
