Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the filling by combining ricotta, Parmesan, basil, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Butterfly the chicken breasts by slicing them horizontally without cutting all the way through.
Stuff each chicken breast with the ricotta mixture, then roll them up and secure with toothpicks.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken rolls for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Transfer the seared chicken rolls to a baking dish and pour marinara sauce over them.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Let the rolls rest for 5 minutes before serving.
