Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the marinade by combining sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish, allowing the marinade to coat the chicken completely.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Ensure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off, then sprinkle with sesame seeds to coat.
  • Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Slice the chicken and serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
