Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked sausage sliced into rounds
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Spread evenly on the baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  • While sweet potatoes roast, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
