Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, cooked shrimp, crab meat, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, garlic, and lemon juice.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
Carefully fill each pasta shell with the seafood mixture.
Place the stuffed shells in a greased baking dish.
Pour any remaining filling over the stuffed shells and sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese on top.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
