- 1 pound chicken breast cubed
- 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh or canned
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cups cooked rice white or brown
- 1/2 cup bell peppers sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish optional
Marinate the chicken in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add marinated chicken to the pan and cook until golden, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in pineapple chunks and sliced bell peppers; cook for another 3-5 minutes until heated through.
