- 1 pound thinly sliced beef steak
- 1 bell pepper diced
- 1 onion diced
- 2 cups cooked pasta like penne or rotini
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the beef over medium heat until browned.
Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet, cooking until softened.
