Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent. Set aside to cool.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Add the cooled onion and garlic mixture, along with the softened Philadelphia cream cheese, to the meat mixture.
Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a lightly greased baking dish.
Spread ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Slice and serve warm, drizzled with additional ketchup if desired.
