Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa sliced
  • 24 oz frozen potato and cheese pierogies
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 2 bell peppers sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine sliced kielbasa, onion, bell peppers, and pierogies.
  • Drizzle the mixture with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat everything evenly.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on a large sheet pan.
