Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  • Lightly grease a muffin tin.
  • Divide the meat mixture evenly among the muffin cups.
  • Top each cup with a dollop of ketchup.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  • Carefully remove the cups from the muffin tin.
