- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Lightly grease a muffin tin.
Divide the meat mixture evenly among the muffin cups.
Top each cup with a dollop of ketchup.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Carefully remove the cups from the muffin tin.
