In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add steak cubes to the marinade, tossing to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (up to 6 hours for best flavor).
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F / 200°C).
Thread steak, bell peppers, onion, and zucchini alternately onto skewers.
Grill kebabs for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until steak reaches desired doneness and vegetables are tender with a slight char.
Remove from grill, let rest for a few minutes, and serve hot.
